How to Care for your Pots
We have navigated the world in search of the most beautiful and durable pottery available. Anamese pots that can withstand freezing temperatures outdoors include our Terra Cotta pottery from the Tuscan region of Italy, glazed pottery from Vietnam, Lite Collection of fiber cement pots, and Pietro stone pots.
Only the Vietnamese Unglazed collection must be protected from freezing temperatures.
Proper care in winter involves:
- Elevating the pots to allow for proper drainage. We have pot feet in matching colors to lift the pots.
- Clearing the drainage holes to facilitate proper drainage.
- Removal of saucers in winter.
